How can I pay your tours?

We offer all ways of payments:
- during a tour in cash
- in advance per credit card. We can send you a link for payment.
- per bank transfer in advance

What kind of tours do you offer?

We specialize in private and group excursions across Munich, Bavaria and the Alps, including visits to the castle Neuschwanstein, palace Linderhof, lakes, castles, scenic villages, and cultural landmarks. Popular tours include our Royal Castles, Nurmberg, Romantic Road with Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Alps day tours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or in case of no-shows, the full tour fee will be charged.

What languages are your tours offered in?

We offer tours in English, German, Serbo-croatian and Russian. Other languages may be available upon request.

Are the tours  suitable for children or elderly travelers?

Our tours are family-friendly and can be adapted for all ages. Please let us know if anyone in your group has mobility needs or other requirements so we can plan accordingly.

Why your prices do not include fees for the sights (castles, palaces)?

Accepted Answer

We always offer fair prices to our guests. Most palaces and castles provide free admission for children up to 18 years old, as well as discounts for students, senior travelers, and families. Our guests only pay the actual costs and fees.
